Shoulders Son!

Had a root canal today and didn't get out until 6pm, and still went to the gym at 7pm lmao...There's something wrong with me, the misses calls is dedication, I call it crazy. No training partner today so didn't go too crazy...

Cardio:
30 mins tread interval incline(mouth started killing me, didn't do an hour)

10am
Tilapia
1 cup broccoli
1/2 sweet potato

12am
Steak
1 cup asparagus

2pm
Chicken Breast
1 cup brocolli

4:30
Tilapia

7:30
Shake-Nutiva and Skim

My piss smells like protein...lol Thought I would share...
