New Squat PR

Big day today and I'm beat down, 2 days off then back at it again! Legs today and I feel like a million bucks about my progress, however I'm nervous about a lot of other things going on right now. I have my ACE personal trainer test on Nov23, Phlebotomy Written and Clinical Final in a week, NCCT Phleb cert test on Dec. 8th and I'm supposed to be moved out of my place by the 1st...FML.

Shoulders Son!

Had a root canal today and didn't get out until 6pm, and still went to the gym at 7pm lmao...There's something wrong with me, the misses calls is dedication, I call it crazy. No training partner today so didn't go too crazy...

Day 1, New Cycle, New Plan, New Diet

So it's a new phase of my progress that I'm starting today. I originally started on my plan in May and dropped 50lbs in 100 days. Now I'm hitting a very strict diet and lots of cardio to shred everything down. Todays workout was brutal but my back feels wonderful.


Workout:
Deadlifts- 135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 405x1(little rock but locked it out, New PR just want to make it smooth)
Stiff Leg and Speed Pulls(alternating)-225x10, 225x10, 245x8, 245x8
Pull-ups(Here's where the fat kid fails)-10, 8, 5, 5 lol
Croc Rows- 105x10, 120x7, 120x7
Lat Pulldowns- 60x10, 70x10, 80x10



Followed by cardio:
40 mins Treadmill interval inclines 1.5 miles
20 mins Bike 3.5 miles 
Beat Down and Hungry!





Today 11/14/2011(Had to take off again for wonderful abscesses needing to be drained, and a wisdom tooth yanked, so yea I ate whatever I could, mainly bad things lol)
