New Squat PR

Big day today and I'm beat down, 2 days off then back at it again! Legs today and I feel like a million bucks about my progress, however I'm nervous about a lot of other things going on right now. I have my ACE personal trainer test on Nov23, Phlebotomy Written and Clinical Final in a week, NCCT Phleb cert test on Dec. 8th and I'm supposed to be moved out of my place by the 1st...FML.

My training partner, who holds the powerlifting state record in all 3 lifts for his age Maximus Mass lol, Hit 430x2 today!






Box Squats-found my weak point and its all in the hips lol

Front Squats-Fully admit that this was my first time so I did Smith to be safe

Time to go eat the hell out of chicken and spinach I made!
